Greetings!

 

I am currently a Senior student at Enderun Colleges taking up Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Major in Operations Management. I have accomplished all my academic semester therefore I am expecting to graduate in July 2020. In compliance with that, I am required to take my 2nd Internship in January 2020 and render at least 400 working hours.

Enderun Colleges is a well known college in the Philippines to culture their students with global professional competencies. My college has fully equipped me by nurturing me with the theories in business administration. Upon studying in my college, I have worked on various departments as a student assistant. Being said, I have learned to work with teams and perform well as an individual, adapt great working ethics , take initiative when needed and acquired the skills necessary to progress in my chosen career. With the opportunity given to me, I was also able to grasp cognition at Namseoul University Seoul South Korea where I have acquired some courses beneficial to further develop the foundation of my capabilities. Furthermore, I also grew up helping out in our family business. The company manufactures event tents and anything related to canvas fabrication and metal works. Being said, I have an advance knowledge on the back bone of a manufacturing company's operations. I help deal with employee and employer relations, Supplier management and on set watch of events as well as attending to clients.

I have worked very hard throughout in college building my working ethics and the ability to adapt in different working environments. I dream to work for a company whom I stand the same mission and vision with. In my first internship, I have discovered my weaknesses and the tasks where I'm really great at. The task given to me was to worked on improving the company's rider partners perks. I have accomplished this task by doing a nationwide survey then later on analyzing the data results to know which benefits should be prioritized and which companies would have the best offer fit to what we are looking for. Later on working the project, I have successfully created 2 new partners and somehow managed the company's social media platform announcement launching an informative post series to inform riders regarding their perks. The project was very important to the company. It's major goal was to make the rider partners understand the company's relationship with them to reduce complaints regarding not having employee benefits. Moving forward 2 weeks before my internship contact ended, I was assigned to spearhead the planning and organizing of the company's 4th quarter Meeting. I worked on this project with my co-intern. This meant we were only 2 on the team to work on this. It's the company's biggest annual gathering. All attending supervisor hubs all over the Philippines had to fly in to Manila to attend the said event.  Our major tasks were the following; book hotel reservations, function room, flights of supervisors nationwide and plan the 3 days event agenda. The event was a huge success, my supervisor complimented me by addressing my forte is on marketing and events planning. That comment from my past supervisor really made me realize how I should be open to other positions and job opportunities.

Mentioning all my experiences and how I have mange to cultivate great working ethics, It would be an honor to work with a team sharing the same goals as I do and for a company that supports continuos  development. It would be my priority to be able to contribute by delivering service beyond their expectations.
